What We Do

Six core finishing services, one obsessive standard

Each service runs in a dedicated cell with calibrated media, monitored Ra values, and a documented hand-off trail. We don't round corners — we round edges, optically flat, to spec.

Mirror Polishing

Multi-stage progressive polishing that takes raw mill stock to a true #8 mirror — Ra < 0.05 µm. Ideal for architectural facades, food-grade tanks, and decorative stainless.

304 / 316 Aluminum #8 Finish

Directional & Satin Finishing

Consistent linear grain across panels, extrusions, and formed parts. Matched grit sequences produce uniform reflectance — critical when assemblies require visual continuity across welded seams.

#4 Satin #6 Fine Long Grain

Buffing & Color Buffing

Grease-bond and rouge-based buffing for non-ferrous and ferrous parts. Used to remove micro-scratch patterns left by prior grinding and to bring out the deep luster of brass, copper, and aluminum.

Vibratory & Tumble Finishing

High-energy mass finishing for deburring, edge radiusing, and pre-polish surface prep on batches of small to mid-sized parts. Ceramic and plastic media matched to material hardness and geometry.

Electrochemical removal of surface material — deburrs, passivates, and brightens in one process. The standard for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and sanitary stainless components where cleanability is non-negotiable.

From receiving dock to final inspection

A documented four-stage workflow that protects your timeline and your tolerances. Every job gets a traveler; every traveler gets signed off.

01 — INTAKE

Material Verification

We confirm alloy, temper, and incoming surface condition against your spec. Photos, measurements, and Ra readings are logged before any media touches the part.

02 — PREP

Grind & Pre-Polish

Sequenced abrasive steps — typically 80 → 120 → 220 → 400 — erase mill marks, weld discoloration, and fabrication scratches. The foundation for a flawless final finish.

03 — POLISH

Refine & Buff

Progressive compound stages bring the surface to your specified Ra and reflectivity. We run in-process checks at each transition so nothing compounds into a defect.

04 — QA

Final Inspection

Profilometer readings, gloss-meter verification, and side-by-side comparison against reference panels. Parts are wrapped in protective film and packed in custom crating for delivery.
